As the CEO of the company reporting to the BOD, H. Moussa was responsible for the overall company performance and the project development and financial performance. As and Integrated Tourism Complex allowing foreign ownership and residency, the design, quality and delivery standards were of utmost importance to address the needs of a large segment of expats as well as Omani residents.
