Our Team's Role
As the Senior Executive Vice President of the company reporting to the Secretary General and onward to BOD, C. Sims was responsible for the entire project development, delivery, and financial performance. He led and directed all departments in concept identification, market research and analysis, design management, construction, and project management throughout each development's lifecycle. from inception to completion within the emerging dynamics of the local market.
