Consisting of mixed residential, retail, recreational and commercial-use properties, the development includes marinas and canals inspired by Abu Dhabi’s sea-faring culture.
Our Team's Role
As the CEO of the company reporting to the BOD, C. Sims was responsible for the entire project development, delivery and financial performance. He led and directed all departments in concept identification, market research and analysis, design management, construction and project management throughout each development's lifecycle. from inception to completion within the emerging dynamics of the local market.
